We have coined the term Intelligent Print to describe the way we do business by using a sustainable, collaborative management approach to achieve a balanced scorecard approach to:
- meeting our customer's requirements for quality and timeliness; providing advice to develop better products more efficiently; encouraging the use of materials from renewable resources while considering the whole life cycle for each product from inception to disposal;
- provide an inclusive, collaborative approach and equal opportunities for all our staff, promoting their health, safety and well being, motivating the development of their skills to allow them to realise their full potential by providing opportunities for continuous training and promotion;
- use manufacturing and information technology responsibly to reduce energy and material costs; creating a culture for continuous improvement and compliance with all published standards for the industry; striving to maximise efficiency and utilisation of all our resources, engaging with suppliers and customers in working partnerships to deliver best value products that are right first time, every time;
- measure what we do in our business using integrated Management Information and Environmental Systems to collect performance and compliance data - providing relevant reports and benchmark data for managers to monitor key performance indicators and control our operations;
- develop our business strategy to meet the needs of all our stakeholders - investors, staff, customers, suppliers and local community - to act in a socially and environmentally responsible manner; to maximise the return on investment of time and money by creating opportunities for innovation and creativity that minimises waste and our impact on the environment, and that respects all forms of life.
