Our Corporate Social Responsibilities are at the heart of everything that we do and by using SPM for the supply of print it helps enhance our customers' own CSR. This is balanced by the skills and abilities of our staff; accurate measurement of production activity; a streamlined workflow solution and a boardroom strategy that links directly with the operations in the business.
Central to the service that we provide is our Account Management Team, the department was formed following a Lean Manufacturing program which was run by Vision in Print. The Account Management Team are in close contact with the client at all times from when the job is booked in, through to proofing, printing and final delivery. They work closely with the production team who organise material for the job, book the press time and arrange the finishing.
At the hub of this personal, customer-facing, service we use a Management Information System to monitor and track all production and sales activity - to ensure that we work to a clear brief and specification and that this is communicated throughout the business.
