SPM Print believes in supporting all employees to successfully balance work with family commitments and has introduced policies and flexible working practices as a result.

Our ethos is one of engagement with all employees to encourage leadership development, collaborative working, and delegation of authority & responsibility. We take positive action to minimise stress by conducting risk assessments where employees are known to be so affected.

We work with an external supplier, Mentor Employment Law Service, to provide and administer our Employee Handbook.

Every employee is given a copy of the Employee Handbook on joining the company and is provided with updates as the legislation changes.

The Employee Handbook has three main sections that deal with Employee entitlements, Disciplinary Procedures and Operational Policies and Procedures.

  • Maternity and Paternity Leave and Pay
  • Parental Leave
  • Time off for Dependents
