At SPM we have a procedure that sets out our H&S policy, its organisation within the company, how it is planned and implemented, measured and reviewed on a monthly basis. We also subscribe to Mentor support services who supply us with regular updates.

We have an audit trail that inspects our compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act, controlled by our bespoke Environmental Management System, this is covered in our ISO14001 manual.

As with our ISO14001 standard procedures, our H&S policies are continuously reviewed and improved at our regular monthly meetings for roll-out to all our staff, we invite their contributions to this process of continual improvement.

We obtain feedback from employees as to any difficulties arising from implementing any changes to the process - and seek a consensus as to HOW they can be resolved.
