At SPM we regularly work direct with designers and feel that we have the knowledge and the back-up to assist and enhance the smooth running of jobs from design stage to final print.
We are also pleased to be able to offer a full graphic design facility which can help ease the load on the design company that we are working with, or alternatively we are happy to take the clients' initial brief and interpret it to produce imaginative and creative solutions.
A real advantage is our experience and technical expertise in not just coming up with pretty graphics, but having a thorough understanding of what works best in print. From a leaflet to a multi page, full colour glossy catalogue, we can turn a simple sketch into attention grabbing literature that will project the right message to your target audience.
We have a comprehensive range of software applications on both Apple Macintosh and PC formats, we also have full in-position software for accurate planning of jobs.
We can accept jobs using all major software programs, including QuarkXpress, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Freehand and Photoshop. Documents can also be supplied as print quality PDF's.
We will carry out thorough pre-press checks to ensure that any file problems are found and corrected at this early stage, we then produce quality colour digital proofs for ALL jobs.
Our investment in the latest pre-press equipment ensures that we can provide 'what you see is what you get' proofs. This, together with our direct from computer to plate technology, means we give you the best printed results possible, all within deadline and budget.

In June 2007 SPM were
awarded ISO14001 certification,
this is the highest environmental accreditation available and is recognised worldwide.
In August 2007 SPM were awarded FSC certification, this is an international, non-governmental organisation dedicated to responsible management of the worlds' forests.
